Hastings is situated south east of Melbourne on the Western Port Bay.

From Melbourne you can take the Monash Freeway south taking the Western Port Highway turn-off to Hastings and this takes you directly to Hastings.

St. Kilda Road, the Nepean Highway and Frankston Freeway are alternatives, as well as the attractive Beach Road which hugs Port Philip Bay for much of the way.
